Found this weird thing on top of a doorway. While my friend assured me that it had a totally benign purpose, I think it looks weirdly sinister. A cylinder removal tool? Where are the cylinders that they are removing? Why do they need to be removed? Who is removing them and why do they need a tool that is so clearly labeled?
